                Brief Introduction of Lawyer Xu Jie（Derek Xu）

Mr. Xu is a J.M graduate student of East China University of Politics and Laws, majoring at corporate law, he received his L.L.B. also from East China University of Politics and laws where he majored in civil law. In his early years, Mr. Xu also received another two degrees, a bachelor degree from Guangdong Foreign Language and Foreign Trade University majored in English, and a college degree from Shanghai Institute of Tourism majored in Hotel Administration. He has been a certified international business adviser in Shanghai since 1997, and a certified Enterprise Legal Advisor in Shanghai since 2001.
Above all, Mr. Xu is a new licensed trial lawyer, but a real lawyer. By his legal practice in 2004, he has got considerable experiences through representing complex and influential cases. He is preeminent in the field of corporation, litigation, business transaction, banking, security, mechanism transformation. Mr. Xu has successfully represented dozens cases at tort, intellectual property, real estate, labor and family disputes, and won desirable outcomes for clients in these lawsuits.
